Fettuccine with Broccoli, Chilli & Yogurt Sauce

Method

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. Steam the broccoli until tender. heat the stock in a pan and add the garlic and chilli, stir over low heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the broccoli, pasta and yogurt. Season to taste with pepper, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve immediately.
