How to Make Pork Rolls with Coleslaw
- Preheat oven to 230°C/ 210°C fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place fries on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until fries are golden.
- Meanwhile, cook pulled pork to specification on the packet.
- Combine chilli paste and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Sandwich lettuce, pork, coleslaw and mayonnaise mixture in rolls. Serve with fries.
+ Budget tip - Use 2 shredded iceberg lettuce leaves instead of cos.
