Sesame Soy Vegemite Wings

Method

  1. Place all marinade ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined, making sure no lumps remain. If you find the Vegemite is too lumpy, you can add a dash of boiling water.
  2. Place chicken wings and marinade in a zip-lock bag. Seal bag and massage with your hands, completely covering wings with marinade. Marinate in the bag for a minimum of 2 hours, in the fridge.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan forced) and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  4. Place chicken wings on trays and spread them out so they are not touching each other. Spray lightly with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
