Sesame Soy Vegemite Wings
- Place all marinade ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined, making sure no lumps remain. If you find the Vegemite is too lumpy, you can add a dash of boiling water.
- Place chicken wings and marinade in a zip-lock bag. Seal bag and massage with your hands, completely covering wings with marinade. Marinate in the bag for a minimum of 2 hours, in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan forced) and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place chicken wings on trays and spread them out so they are not touching each other. Spray lightly with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
