3 Cheese Fondue

Method:

  1. In a heavy based saucepan, add oil, garlic and rosemary cook over medium heat for 2min (if you have a fondue pot add this to the fondue pot now).
  2. Add wine to pot and simmer. Once it comes to simmer, add cheeses 1 cup at a time. Stir after each addition of cheese.
  3. When all cheese has melted, add in flour and nutmeg and stir to just combine. Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.

TIP: Serve with chunks of crusty bread, apple slices, roasted potatoes or your favourite vegetable sticks.
