Garlic Prawn Cocktail


  1. Combine the prawns, oil and garlic in a medium bowl; stir to combine.
  2. Cook the prawns in a heated frying pan (or grill pan or barbecue) until browned on one side; turn and cook until prawns are just cooked through.
  3. Arrange the lettuce, prawns and avocado in serving glasses; drizzle with lime juice. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
