Green Beans Almondine With Garlic & Mustard Dressing

Method

  1. Toast almonds in a medium skillet on medium heat. Once browned, remove from heat and set aside. 
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add beans. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in mustard and garlic and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds. Serve immediately.
