Mixed Berry Crumble

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine berries, sugar, 1/4 cup flour and lemon juice in large bowl, and toss to blend well. Transfer berry mixture to 24cm glass pie dish.
  3. Combine remaining 3/4 cup flour, oats, sugar, mixed spice and salt in bowl. Add butter, rub in with fingertips. Scatter over berry mixture.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, until crisp and berry mixture bubbles and crumble is golden brown.
