Luxury Butter Fudge Trifle

Method

Prepare the Jelly the night before.

  1. Add 2 cups of boiling water to 2 packets of jelly. Dissolve well then add 400ml of cold water
  2. Add fresh raspberries and refrigerate overnight or until set
     

Starting from the bottom of the glass trifle vase, layer the ingredients in this order:

  1. Choc chip cake bars
  2. Raspberry jelly with fresh raspberries
  3. Fudge
  4. Chocolate
  5. Madeira cake
  6. Whipped cream
  7. Chocolate sauce
  8. Then repeat these layers until the container is filled.

Top the trifle with raspberries, star biscuits, wafers, chocolate sultanas and caramel sauce or your preferred topping.

For an added surprise, add sparklers to your creation.
