Raw Lemon Slice Recipe
How to Make Raw Lemon Slice
- Place all ingredients for the base in a food processor. Blend until mixed together. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper. Press the base evenly into the tray.
- To make the topping combine all the ingredients, except coconut flakes.
- Whisk together well then pour over the top of base of the slice. Sprinkle over coconut flakes.
- Chill in the freezer for 1 hour. Cut into slices and serve.
Note: Store in freezer.
