Espresso Banana Shake
- Dissolve the espresso granules in boiling water. Chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Peel and chop bananas, place into a blender with protein powder, oats, coconut water, yoghurt, honey and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses or jars. Spoon over the cold espresso, stir to combine. Serve.
*Tip: For a thicker drink, peel and freeze the banana overnight, then blend following recipe above.
