Chocolate Avocado Mousse
- Place the (Lovacado) avocado flesh, cacao powder, honey, coconut cream and vanilla into a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
- Spoon the mix carefully into serving glasses.
- Place serving glasses into the fridge for 3 hours (or more if you have the time, it will help the chocolate flavour develop).
- Serve topped with chopped almonds and fresh raspberries. Add edible flowers, if using them.
