How to make Ginger and Shallot Dressing


  1. Finely dice the spring onions. Both white and green parts.
  2. Place the spring onions and ginger into a heatproof bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over a high heat until shimmering.
  4. Carefully pour the boiling oil over the spring onion and ginger. Stir in the salt and allow to cool.

Tip: This dressing will keep for a week in an airtight container in the fridge.

Optional: For even more fragrance, once cooled, you can add a splash of sesame oil.
