How to Make Gazpacho
Method
- Place gourmet tomatoes, capsicum, cucumbers, garlic, chilli, olive oil, vinegar and salt into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt as needed.
- Slice Bellino tomatoes into halves.
- Serve gazpacho in bowls and top with tomato halves, chives and cracked black pepper.
