Cream and Caramel Easter Eggs
Method
- Place white chocolate into a bowl and heat for 1 minute at first then 30 second intervals after that until melted and smooth.
- Set aside.
- Add eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
- Pour in melted chocolate and beat very briefly, just until the chocolate has combined.
- Cut the tops of Easter eggs before filling with the chocolate mixture.
- Place in fridge to set overnight.
- Before serving drop a small spoon of the caramel filling into the center of each egg.
