How to make Oatmeal and Berry Breakfast
Method
- Place the oats, frozen berries, milk, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon into a small saucepan.
- Slowly bring to the boil, stirring as you cook.
- Turn down the heat and gently cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Divide cooked oats between 2 bowls – top with the yogurt, sliced banana, chopped nuts, coconut and fresh berries.
- Serve immediately.
