How to Make Papaya Breakfast Boats


  1. Wash and halve the papaya and scoop out the seeds. Cut a sliver off the base of each half, so that the papaya sits flat on a plate. Place halves on 2 serving plates.
  2. Using a melon baller, cut kiwi fruit and mango balls. (Alternatively cut into cubes.)
  3. Fill cavity with yogurt and top with mango and kiwi fruit balls. Sprinkle seasonal berries over the top, to serve.
  4. Garnish with edible flowers, if using.
