Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus 2 hours chilling time | Cook Time: 0 | Serves: 4
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 3 tbsp Oh So Natural Wholefoods black chia seeds
- 1 cup Oh So Natural Organic coconut milk
- 1 tsp Oh So Natural Organic honey
Smoothies
- 1 cup Orchard & Vine frozen mixed berries
- ⅔ cup milk of choice, plus extra 1 cup
- 1 tsp Oh So Natural Organic honey, plus extra 1 tsp
- ¼ tsp White Mill vanilla extract, plus extra ¼ tsp
- 1 cup Orchard & Vine frozen sliced strawberries
- ½ cup Yoguri Greek style strained plain yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- Fresh strawberry slices, to serve (optional)
- Fresh raspberries, to serve (optional)
Method
- Place all chia pudding ingredients into a large bowl. Stir until well combined, refrigerate, covered for 2 hours. Or if you have time, overnight is ideal. Stir occasionally to avoid clumping.
- Place mixed berries, milk, honey and vanilla into a blender. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a large jug.
- Place extra milk, honey and vanilla along with strawberries and yogurt into a blender. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon smoothie mixture, chia pudding and granola – alternating to create layers into a long glass. Serve immediately. If using fresh strawberry slices, press onto inside of the glass before pouring. Top with preferred optional garnish.
Tip
- Chia pudding lasts for 2-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Coconut milk (from a carton), or full-fat canned coconut milk, creates the creamiest chia pudding.
