How to make Yogurt Chia Cups


  1. Place coconut milk, yogurt, frozen berries, chia seeds and honey together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Toast coconut flakes by adding to baking tray in oven at 180°C (or 160°C fan-forced) for 5-8 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside until ready to dress the chia cups.
  4. Remove bowl and place a scoop of mix into the bottom of 2 serving glasses. 
  5. Mix fresh berries together in a bowl. Place a layer of berries on top of chia in glasses.
  6. Add a scoop of yogurt. Continue to layer until glass is full.
  7. Finish with berries on top and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
