Meringue Nests with Cherries, Dark Chocolate & Cream


  1. Drain cherries, retaining the liquid, and set aside.
  2. Pour cream into a bowl and whip until stiff.
  3. Place Meringue Nests onto a serving plate, add whipped cream and place cherries on top.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining liqueur from the cherries and, using a vegetable peeler, peel the Chocolate over the Meringue Nests to create chocolate curls.
