How to make Cabbage and Peach Slaw


  1. Shred the cabbage using a mandolin or thinly slice using a sharp knife. Place cabbage in a large bowl. Add in lemon juice, lemon zest and season with salt and cracked pepper, then toss.
  2. Cut the peaches into thin wedges. In a smaller bowl, add the peaches and white wine vinegar. Gently toss to coat completely.
  3. Arrange the peaches on a serving platter and sprinkle cabbage salad on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with a few fresh parsley leaves (optional).
