How to make Rippled Beetroot Dip


  1. Make your beetroot hommus first. In a small food prcessor, add baby beetroot and process until all chopped. Add hommus and process until smooth. Season to taste.
  2. Place the beetroot hommus onto a board or platter and gently fold the spicy jalapeño dip through it to create a rippled effect.
  3. Top with basil leaves and green chilli and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve with seeded crackers or seed bread.

Option: Try experimenting with other dip flavours such as taramasalata, tzatziki, garlic or capsicum.
