Charred Nectarines with Whipped Ricotta
How to make Charred Nectarines with Whipped Ricotta

Ingredients
- 4 nectarines, halved
- 2 tbsp White Mill brown sugar
- 250g Emporium Selection ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp Farmdale milk or cream
- 1 lemon, zested
- ½ cup picked mint leaves
- 1 punnet raspberries
- ½ cup Oh So Natural almonds, toasted
Method
- Preheat a bbq or chargrill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle brown sugar onto nectarines. Chargrill for 2-3 minutes each side until warmed through and marked.
- Combine ricotta cheese with milk or cream, lemon rind then blend in a food processor for 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Serve grilled nectarines on a platter, topped with whipped ricotta, raspberries and toasted almonds, together with extra whipped ricotta on the side.
