Frozen Yogurt Cups with Fun Toppings

How to make Frozen Yogurt Cups with Fun Toppings

Prep Time: 10 minutes        |        Freezing time: 6 hours to overnight        |        Makes: 12

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brooklea Organic natural yogurt
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • ½ cup sprinkles
  • ½ cup White Mill shredded coconut
  • ½ punnet strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup Sweet Vine banana chips
  • ½ cup Choceur chocolate bits
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Oh So Natural organic berry granola

Method

  1. Divide yogurt between 2 x 6-hole silicone muffin trays. Top 4 yogurt holes with raspberries, sprinkles and coconut.
  2. Top another 4 yogurt holes with sliced strawberries, a couple of banana chips and some chocolate bits.
  3. Top remaining yogurt holes with chopped mangoes and granola.
  4. Cover each silicone tray with plastic wrap and place into the freezer for 6 hours or overnight, until completely frozen.
  5. To serve, pop out each silicone yogurt cup by gently peeling back the silicone around each cup. Serve over ice with extra fruit if desired. Or eat straight from the tray!
  6. Top with any combination of sweets, fruits or sprinkles you like.

Tip: A silicone tray here works best, as you can easily peel back the silicone to get the yogurt cup out and not damage the yogurt cups.
