How to make Frozen Yogurt Cups with Fun Toppings
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Freezing time: 6 hours to overnight | Makes: 12
Ingredients
- 2 cups Brooklea Organic natural yogurt
- 1 punnet raspberries
- ½ cup sprinkles
- ½ cup White Mill shredded coconut
- ½ punnet strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup Sweet Vine banana chips
- ½ cup Choceur chocolate bits
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Oh So Natural organic berry granola
Method
- Divide yogurt between 2 x 6-hole silicone muffin trays. Top 4 yogurt holes with raspberries, sprinkles and coconut.
- Top another 4 yogurt holes with sliced strawberries, a couple of banana chips and some chocolate bits.
- Top remaining yogurt holes with chopped mangoes and granola.
- Cover each silicone tray with plastic wrap and place into the freezer for 6 hours or overnight, until completely frozen.
- To serve, pop out each silicone yogurt cup by gently peeling back the silicone around each cup. Serve over ice with extra fruit if desired. Or eat straight from the tray!
- Top with any combination of sweets, fruits or sprinkles you like.
Tip: A silicone tray here works best, as you can easily peel back the silicone to get the yogurt cup out and not damage the yogurt cups.
