Strawberry and Marshmallow Kebabs

How to make Strawberry and Marshmallow Kebabs

Prep Time: 10 minutes        |        Cook Time: 2 minutes for torching        |        Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 18 whole strawberries
  • 18 Dominion Naturals marshmallows
  • 1 cup Brooklea vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup pistachios, crushed, plus extra to serve

Method

  1. Using long metal skewers, thread the strawberries, alternately with marshmallows.
  2. Combine yogurt with crushed pistachios and stir to combine.
  3. If you like, torch the marshmallows with an electric or gas blow-torch to soften them slightly. Or you can leave them as is. Serve with pistachio yogurt mix and an extra sprinkle of crushed pistachios.

Tip: If preferred, you can trim the green tops off the strawberries.
