How to Make Cherry & Almond Mini Cakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan-forced oven)
  2. Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases. In a pan melt the butter.
  3. Once melted mix with all of the rest of the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
  4. Divide the mixture between the paper cases and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden and risen.
