Gin Fudge Recipe

How to make a Gin Fudge

Method

  1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper and set aside. Break up the chocolate.
  2. Place chunks into a large, heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water – make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
  3. Stir the chocolate gently until it is half melted, add the condensed milk and mix into the melting chocolate. Remove from heat.
  4. Sieve the icing sugar and fold into the mix.
  5. Add the gin and half the zest and combine.
  6. Pour into a 20cm square baking tin, lined with baking paper. Sprinkle over the remaining zest and allow to cool.
  7. Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares.
  8. Enjoy!
