How to Make Mango & Coconut Ice Delight


  1. Peel mangoes and remove flesh from stone.
  2. Place mango flesh in blender. Add yoghurt, coconut milk and honey. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into ice-block moulds and place paddle pop stick into centre.
  4. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. Remove from mould. Serve frozen.
