How to Make a One Pan Giant Chocolate Cookie
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (or 150°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Or line a heavy-based, oven-safe skillet pan.
- Put all the ingredients – except the chocolate chips – into a food processor and blend until a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough into a ball and put in the centre of the tray.
- Roll or spread out the dough with your fingers until you have a 25cm circle.
- Give some room on the tray as it will spread while cooking.
- Sprinkle over the chocolate chips and gently push them slightly into the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve topped with ice cream and drizzled with sauces.
