How to Make a One Pan Giant Chocolate Cookie


  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (or 150°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Or line a heavy-based, oven-safe skillet pan.
  2. Put all the ingredients – except the chocolate chips – into a food processor and blend until a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball and put in the centre of the tray.
  4. Roll or spread out the dough with your fingers until you have a 25cm circle.
  5. Give some room on the tray as it will spread while cooking.
  6. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips and gently push them slightly into the dough.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes until  firm to the touch.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then serve topped with ice cream and drizzled with sauces.
