How to make Vegan Papaya Lime Ice Blocks

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Spoon the mixture into 8-10 ice block moulds, tapping them firmly on your work surface to remove any air bubbles. 
  3. Place in a holder and position a wooden ice cream stick into the middle of each one. Freeze until firm, for 4 hours or overnight. 
  4. When ready to serve, place some warm tap water into a small jug. Gently dip the bases into the water for a few seconds to allow them to release easily.
