How to Make Carrot Energy Juice

Method

  1. Trim the tops and ends from carrots. Cut the carrots into chunks and set aside.
  2. Remove skin from pineapple and cut into chunks. Set aside.
  3. Slice apple, remove core and seeds. Add apple to juicer, along with pineapple and carrots.
  4. Add mint leaves.
  5. Juice and serve over ice. Consume immediately.

Tip: Try adding ginger and/or beetroot for more of a vitamin hit.

NoteTo save for later, pour into a lidded bottle and store in the fridge, to consume later.
