How to make Cucumber Melon Spritzers

Method

1. Place rockmelon and lemon juice into a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. Pour into a serving jug and add the soda water.
3. Half fill 4 tall serving glasses with ice cubes.
4. Pour over the melon mixture.
5. Garnish with the cucumber sticks and mint leaves.
