How to Make Ginger, Turmeric and Lemon Iced Tea
Method
- Wash and slice the ginger.
- Place turmeric, cinnamon, lemon juice. Coconut water, honey and peppercorns into a saucepan. Add ginger
- Slowly bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Sieve, allow to cool.
- Serve over ice.
Tip: Can be stored in the fridge and consumed when chilled.
