How to Make Ginger, Turmeric and Lemon Iced Tea

Method

  1. Wash and slice the ginger.
  2. Place turmeric, cinnamon, lemon juice. Coconut water, honey and peppercorns into a saucepan. Add ginger
  3. Slowly bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  4. Sieve, allow to cool.
  5. Serve over ice.

Tip: Can be stored in the fridge and consumed when chilled.
