How to make Lemon and Basil Refresher


  1. In a bowl or pestle, lightly bruise and crush basil leaves.
  2. Place the lemon slices, basil and baby cucumbers into 4 x 250ml glass bottles with lids or stoppers.
  3. Top with the chilled ice tea and coconut water.
  4. Seal with the lid or stopper.

Tip: Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less ice tea. You can make this in a jug to share or individual bottles.

Optional: This is a great one for beach days or picnics. Simply place the bottles in an esky before serving.
