How to make Melon, Mango and Ginger Smoothie

Method

  1. Chop the ginger into small chunks. If using fresh mango, remove skin and seed and slice into chunks.
  2. Place frozen berries, mango, ginger, yogurt, coconut water and ice into blender.
  3. Blitz until smooth. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves and mango slices and enjoy.

Tip: Enjoy all year round! Substitute fresh mango for frozen mango pieces.
Optional: Add mint leaves into the mix when you blend, for a fresh twist.
