How to make Passionfruit Limeade
Method
- Make a sugar syrup by placing the caster sugar in a pan with 125ml water. Set over a medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
- Add the lime juice and passionfruit and stir to combine.
- When ready to serve, place into a large jug with ice cubes. Add 1.5 litres cold water and some lime wedges. Stir well and serve.
Tip: If you prefer less sweetness, simply add more water to the jug.
Optional: You can swap the lime juice for lemon juice if preferred.
