How to Make Strawberry Rocky Road
Method
- Line a lamington tin (or 20cm baking tray) with baking paper. Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove once melted.
- Chop cloud biscuits into quarters and cut marshmallows in half. Set aside some of the strawberry eggs and then combine all ingredients together in a bowl and place into tin, spreading mixture into all corners.
- Place the strawberry egg pieces over the top, and push in slightly so they set in the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for several hours before cutting into pieces.
Note: this can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
