How to Make Tray Bake Pancakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan-forced). Line a baking sheet tray (35cm x 25cm) with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter together until the mixture looks light and bubbly.
  4. Fold all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using a wooden spoon or spatula, or very gently with a hand whisk.
  5. Pour the batter mixture into the baking tray and spread evenly.
  6. Add your topping covering a quarter of the tray with each flavour, of banana and cinnamon, raspberry and blueberry and white chocolate. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. To serve, cut into rectangles and drizzle with maple syrup.
