How to Make Berry Coconut Chia Pudding


  1. Mix coconut milk, yogurt, frozen berries, chia seeds and honey together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer to your serving glasses (you can serve in jars or glass pots as well).
  3. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The puddings will have set by morning.
  5. Carefully slice the strawberries and add to the sides of glasses to serve.
  6. Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top and serve.
