How to make Chickpea Wrap


  1. Place the ingredients into a small blender with 1¼ cups water and blitz into a smooth batter.
  2. Set a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat and spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Pour in ¼ cup batter to create a 14cm round wrap. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from pan and place on paper towel.
  4. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Allow wraps to cool in a single layer and use them in place of bread slices to make a sandwich.

Tip: Filling options are endless. Try smoked salmon and cream cheese with rocket and fresh or pickled red onion slices, served with a wedge of lemon.

Optional: Paprika or cumin would both be good batter additions to replace garlic.
