How to make Roasted Chickpeas with Honey and Cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Drain, rinse and pat dry chickpeas with paper towel. Let sit to dry completely.
  2. Place chickpeas in a bowl with honey and cinnamon and toss.
  3. Place on lined tray and cook in oven for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Remove and allow to cool sightly. Serve warm.

Tip: Cooled chickpeas can be stored in an airtight container, to enjoy later.
