How to make Sweet and Tangy BBQ Ribs
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 3 hours 35 minutes | Serves: 1 rack of ribs
Ingredients
- 1pk Ironbark Pork pork ribs
- 1 tsp Stonemill ground cumin
- 1 tsp Stonemill smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Stonemill paprika
- 2 tsp Stonemill ground garlic
- ½ tsp Stonemill cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Stonemill ground chilli
- 1 tsp Stonemill sea salt
- ½ cup Remano tomato sauce
- ¼ cup White Mill brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Oh So Natural organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Colway worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Colway dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Stonemill smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Stonemill ground garlic
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Evenly coat the ribs with dry rub and bake in the oven at 135°C for 2.5-3 hours.
- Add all sauce ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over a low heat.
- Stir frequently and cook for 10-15 minutes, until thick and glossy.
- Brush onto ribs during the final 20 minutes of cooking or grilling.
Tip
Also great on chicken drumsticks or as a BBQ burger sauce base.
