Ingredients
- 1 tsp Remano olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 200g Berg streaky bacon, finely chopped
- ½ cup White Mill brown sugar
- ¼ cup Oh So Natural honey
- ½ tsp Stonemill paprika
- 160g Sprinters snack stack chips
- Rosemary leaves, to garnish
Method
- Add oil to a medium-sized saucepan. Place over medium-high heat, add onions and bacon then cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
- Add brown sugar, honey and paprika. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelised and thickened. Set aside to cool.
- Lay the chips onto a serving platter. Top with cooled bacon and honey jam, then top with a rosemary leaves.
