How to Make Roasted Grapes with Grilled Fetta and Thyme

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C for fan forced ovens). Line large aking try with baking paper.
  2. Place the fetta in the middle of baking tray. Place the grapes around the cheese, leaving a gap for the air to circulate.
  3. Tuck the rosemary under the grapes. Sprinkle the oil and chilli (if using) on the grapes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the grapes are blistered and coloured. Serve hot.

Tip: You can pick the grapes off the stem before cooking, or roast as a whole vine.
