How to Make T-Bone Steak with Anchovy, Parsley and Lemon Salsa


  1. Make the salsa first. In a medium-sized bowl, add finely chopped parsley, garlic, lemon zest and anchovy fillets. Add white wine vinegar and 75ml of olive oil. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. On the stovetop, bring a large pan to medium-high heat, lightly spray with oil then cook steak on one side for 7 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 7-8 minutes. Take off the heat and rest for 8-10 minutes. Trim meat away from the bone, then cut into slices and serve with salsa.

Tip: Recipe makes approximately 1 cup of salsa. For a smoother salsa, add a little more oil, to your desired amount.

Optional: For additional flavour, you can add dill or mint to the salsa.
