How to Make Thai Beef Salad


  1. Brush both sides of steaks with oil and season with salt. Heat a barbecue or chargrill pan.
  2. Cook the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Transfer to a plate and lightly cover with foil. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Place salad in a large serving bowl. Add the packet crispy onions and dressing and toss together. Season with salt and cracked pepper, if desired.
  5. Thinly slice the steak and place on top of the salad.
  6. Squeeze half of the lemon over the top, if desired. Sprinkle with the packet dried noodles. Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
