How to make Limoncello Spritz

Prep Time: 5 minutes        |        Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1 cup limoncello
• 2 cups Corte Carista Prosecco DOC, chilled
• 1 cup soda water, chilled
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
• Ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. Fill 4 large wine glasses with ice.
2. Divide the limoncello evenly between the glasses.
3. Divide the prosecco and soda water evenly between the glasses.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve immediately.

Pro Tip: Chill all the ingredients before assembling to keep the spritz crisp and refreshing without relying on too much ice.
