How to Make Carrot and Zucchini Zoodle Face


  1. Hard boil egg and set aside. Once cooled. Remove the yolk and gently slice into 4 x thick slices. Chop the slice of capsicum into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Heat frypan to medium heat. Sauté chopped mushrooms in 1 tablespoon olive oil, until just browning. Add yogurt and lemon juice and heat through. Set aside.
  3. Split the mushrooms between the base of the two bowls. Crumble in the whites of the hard boilled eggs, between the two bowls.
  4. Warm zucchini and carrot noodles in microwave. Stir trhough olive oil
  5. Then make two faces, using finely chopped spiralised zucchini for the face. Add spiralised carrots for the hair.
  6. Add the 2 x slices of hard boiled eggs for the eyes.  Add s pice of the chopped capsicum to each eye.
  7. Lay out the small pieces of capsicum for the mouth.
  8. Serve immediately.
