How to Make Dracula Baby Mandarin Chocolate Treats


  1. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Working quickly, dip half of each mandarin segment in chocolate and lay flat on your baking sheet. Continue until all remaining segments are used.
  4. Sprinkle with topping of choice. Or decorate to make "ghost-faces". To do this, use a bamboo skewer and dip into melted chocolate to create the eyes and mouth on each mandarin segment. 
  5. Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
  6. To serve: skewer each segment through with a bamboo skewer and place into an orange, so each mandarin "ghost' stands up straight and tall.
