How to Make Pumpkin and Banana Puree


  1. Chop the pumpkin into small chunks. Boil in a small pot of boling water for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Drain and mash.Set aside.
  3. Peel the banana and chop into a bowl then mash with a fork.
  4. Add the pumpkin and banana together, then mix well.
  5. Either leave mashed or blend to a purée. Serve.
  6. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be eaten warm or at room temperature.
