How to Make Pumpkin and Banana Puree
Method
- Chop the pumpkin into small chunks. Boil in a small pot of boling water for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and mash.Set aside.
- Peel the banana and chop into a bowl then mash with a fork.
- Add the pumpkin and banana together, then mix well.
- Either leave mashed or blend to a purée. Serve.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be eaten warm or at room temperature.
