Witch Fingers Recipe

How to make Witch Fingers


  1. Line a large tray with baking paper. Place chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water, being careful not to let the water touch the bottom of the bowl. Add coconut oil and heat until chocolate and oil are melted and combined. 
  2. Remove bowl from heat. Add green powder. Mix until all combined.
  3. Using a spoon drizzle chocolate mixture over ⅔ of the pastry twist, allowing excess chocolate to drain back into bowl. Place onto prepared tray.
  4. On one side of almond, gently cut until flat. Place almond at the top of the chocolate-covered twist. Repeat.
  5. Cover and place in fridge until chocolate is set. Put into a sealed container until required. Can be made up to 2 days before.
